My Greenville roof was damaged by hail a year ago, but I had no clue until Sebastian and Chad came to offer a free roof inspection. Steele Restoration and Sebastian did all to help me get the roof changed, including filing a claim with the insurance company, inspecting with the insurance inspector, negotiating costs with the adjuster, ordering materials, and managing the installation. Sebastian was so patient that he explained everything to me in great detail. He was always on schedule for meetings and calls. During the installation, Sebastian was always on-site to make sure the work was done professionally. I trust Steele Restoration and Sebastian. I will definitely call them for help if there is a need in the future.

Steele Restoration did an excellent job and saw the whole process through from roof inspection, dealing with the insurance company, and repair/replacement of my roof and gutters. Steele Restoration even had to walk me through the process of opening a case with the NC Department of Insurance to get the insurance company to fulfill what they originally had agreed upon and decided not to do. Steele Restoration treated me like family. They were on time, did the work they said they would do, cleaned up when done and worked with me on financial payment. I hopefully will not need roof or gutter repair from Mother Nature damage in the near future but if I did I will be calling on Steele Restoration without hesitation.

In selling a rental property in Simpsonville, SC, the roof was found to be in very bad shape, with serious wind and hail damage. I had four different roofing companies inspect and offer estimates. I had used a couple of local Greenville roofing companies from time to time for inspections and small jobs. None of them returned my calls for an inspection when I reached out, so I researched the highest-rated roofers available… I found out that I had shingles coming off from wind and hail damage and reached out to Steele and one other roofer. Chad Caldwell was the perfect partner to work with to get my roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. He helped with every step, from inspection to working with my insurance company all the way to the completion of the project. The roofing crew was on time every day and worked up to and past dark. They cleaned up every day enough for us to move around and let our dogs out and spent several hours cleaning up on the last day. My roof looks great. We have a very meticulously landscaped yard, which they protected with cloths, sheets of wood and/or whatever was necessary to prevent damages. I am very pleased with how everything went and would highly recommend them.

EVERYTHING he said he would do, he did. They were on time, which is a plus. And they cleaned up their mess from the job. I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE! The gutter and downspout reconfiguration got us through 4.5″ of continuous rain during Ian without flooding the grill deck, patio, and patio doors on the grill deck. This is a huge big deal to us and protects the investment we’ve made in Anderson windows and patio doors. Today’s additional work should also make us more cloudburst secure for future storms. My wife and I needed the roof replaced on our sunroom, and an area on the front of our house fixed, due to a small leak. After one place came out, and just ignored me, concerning even giving me an estimate, and another place charging a lot to fix the problem areas. I called Steele Restoration. Greg gave me a quick response to the estimate, and he answered any of my questions in a timely matter. Joanne in the office is super great, and was very helpful, with any questions that I had. The Charlotte roofing crew did a great job fixing the leak area, and replacing the roof on the sunroom. In the future, if we ever need any work done concerning our roof, we are calling Steele Restoration, and I highly recommend that anyone else should as well.

We have been a client of Greg Steele of Steele Restoration for three years (minor leaks, gutter repair, etc.). We’ve had four roofs on four different Charlotte residences replaced in the past 40 years. Greg replaced the fifth one yesterday. By far our best experience. I’m very pleased with Steele Restoration. I called thinking I needed my sliding patio door replaced and they sent someone over quickly to evaluate the problem. He was able to fix the existing door even after several other qualified people were not able to. I am thrilled that they fixed the door, saving me thousands of dollars! He rearranged his schedule to come to my home since my work schedule left a very tight window for us to meet.
